Tanya joined the company having worked both in Parliament and government, most recently in the Department for Work and Pensions where she worked on the Child Maintenance Redesign Programme. On promotion to the Private Office of the Chair Designate of the new Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission (C-MEC), she helped deliver a new stakeholder strategy and appointment of C-MEC's board.
Tanya has also worked in the House of Commons as Parliamentary Assistant to Douglas Carswell MP, Member of Parliament for Clacton, supporting parliamentary duties on the Children, Schools and Families Select Committee and the Joint Committee on Human Rights. Tanya graduated from Durham University in 2005 with BA(Hons) History and then from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006 with MSc International Relations.
