Nick has been an Associate Consultant with the company since January 2007 after supporting the successful bid to win a major homeland security contract. Since 2004 he has developed his own successful consultancy offering policy advice and bespoke communications audits and personal development training. Nick has designed and delivered training packages to a major public affairs company and the in house team to a professional accounting body.

Before that Nick worked for the National Union of Students as the National Director. His work with NUS gave him extensive experience in designing and running training programmes dealing with a variety of complex institutions. The experience has left Nick with a unique insight into high profile campaigning and an invaluable network of political and business contacts.

Nick has particular expertise in the education and skills arena but has broad experience of public policy at a national and local level. He is a Non-Executive Director of the West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust.

Nick has contributed to the company's work with EADS Defense and Security Systems, VT Education and Skills, Virgin Atlantic and Coca Cola.
